Job summary

Links Partners is partnering with a large manufacturing organization to recruit an experienced Facilities Engineering Manager responsible for critical plant infrastructure, chemical handling systems and industrial utilities. The role oversees a ~1 million square foot facility with complex processing and significant ongoing investment.

The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team of about 40 personnel, drive safety, reliability, and maintenance performance, and manage process

Qualifications

• Ideally seven years of experience in industrial facilities engineering, utilities management or maintenance leadership.
• Experience with chemical handling environments and chemical storage/distribution infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of industrial utilities (chillers, boilers, HVAC, water treatment).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, reliability and performance of critical infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations.
• Oversee chemical handling, distribution and process safety programs.
• Manage industrial utilities including chillers, cooling towers, boilers, HVAC and compressed air systems.
• Lead ~40 facilities personnel with clear safety and performance expectations.
• Oversee CMMS activities, maintenance scheduling and contractor coordination.
• Support capital projects and commissioning activities; drive continuous improvement.
