Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, part of Element Solutions Inc., is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee our manufacturing site infrastructure. You will lead operations, safety, and site services to ensure reliable facilities performance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 5+ years in facilities management, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. Competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in facilities management or operations.
• Experience leading teams and managing vendors/contractors.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures and industry best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant facilities operations including utilities and site services.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead capital expenditure projects for infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental and EHS policies.
• Manage external service providers and contractors; negotiate SLAs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS and Supply Chain.
• Develop and manage facilities and operations budget; identify cost savings.
• Promote energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing.
• Lead emergency response efforts for facility-related incidents.
