Responsibilities

• Manage the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, and developing staff.
• Ensure all equipment, building and grounds are maintained to company standards.
• Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• Coordinate service calls and machinery repairs; assist mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain a compliant stockroom operation for facility consumables.
• Implement and manage a preventive/predictive maintenance program.
• Oversee all on-site vendor projects and contracts.
• Manage maintenance operations and capital equipment purchases/installation processes.
