Aspire Talent Solutions in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team, hire and develop staff, and ensure all equipment, building and grounds meet company standards.

The role emphasizes safety, LOTO compliance, timely service calls, budgeting oversight, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and capital equipment projects; duties include ongoing optimization of stockroom and loss reduction.

Formación

• Leadership of facility maintenance team including hiring, supervision and professional development

Responsabilidades

• Manage maintenance operations and the facilities equipment
• Oversee new capital equipment purchases and installation processes in the plant
• Ensure safety needs are a top priority and support Lock Out Tag Out execution
• Ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assist mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Maintain a compliant stockroom operation providing necessary consumables
• Ensure an effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program
• Oversee all onsite vendor projects
• Other duties as assigned
• Manage all maintenance operations. Manager the facilities equipment. Manager the new capital equipment purchase and installation processes in the plant.
