Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies is currently seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee all plant facilities, manage maintenance staff including union workers, and drive preventative maintenance programs to support production schedules.

You will lead maintenance projects, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with operations to optimize equipment availability in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in industrial maintenance.
• 5 years in people management in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance.
• Associate Degree in maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Oversee facility maintenance projects and staff.
• Supervise union maintenance personnel across shifts.
• Lead Lean initiatives and safety training.
• Coordinate with operations and respond to emergencies.
• Recommend capital projects to upper management.
