Job summary

Arnold Magnetic Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to bridge sales, engineering, and production, leading proposals and launches from quote to shop floor. You will drive cost analysis, PM plans, and NPI readiness while coordinating across engineering, procurement and quality teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with DFM, BOM management, PFMEA/PPAP, and cross‑functional collaboration in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required.
• Minimum 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience in a regulated (AS9100) environment.
• Strong PM skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes, GD&T, BOM, ERP/PLM.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimating and quoting: review RFQs, analyze data, determine feasibility and pricing.
• Plan, schedule, and drive complex multi‑phase initiatives using stage‑gate processes.
• Lead NPI from concept to launch, including DFM, BOM management, ECOs and pilot transitions.
• Collaborate with tooling/production to design fixtures and production routes.
• Drive quality planning with PFMEA, control plans and PPAP submissions.
