Magnera Corporation seeks a Maintenance and Process Manager to lead the plant's maintenance and process engineering efforts. You will direct preventative and corrective maintenance, improve equipment reliability, and drive capital projects to successful startup.

You will establish KPIs, supervise technicians and engineers, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with corporate engineering to optimize production and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
• Lean Certification, Six Sigma or PMP Certification preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive maintenance and engineering leadership in manufacturing; supervisor experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance and engineering teams; set goals and development plans.
• Develop preventive, predictive and reliability-centred maintenance programs; monitor KPIs.
• Lead capital projects from concept to startup; manage budgets and contractors.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory adherence across plant operations.
