Job summary

Kettering Health Dayton is seeking a full-time Plant Engineering coordinator to organize and coordinate repair, maintenance, inspection and remodeling activities across the facilities. You will work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other trades to ensure safe, compliant, and timely project execution.

This role requires strong attention to detail, safety focus, and the ability to plan for future projects, with hands-on experience in building maintenance and systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree or 3-5 years of trade experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial/residential/industrial maintenance is expected.
• HVAC, Fire Alarm, Electrical, Electronic or Plumbing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating work activities for repair, maintenance, inspection, and remodeling across Plant Engineering.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and quality is checked.
• Assigning work duties and inspecting the completed work.
