Responsibilities & Requirements

The Supervisor Facility Operations ensures the safe, efficient, and compliant daily operation and maintenance of healthcare facilities to support patient care and operational reliability. This role oversees facility maintenance staff, coordinates preventive and corrective work, and ensures compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Performs other duties as assigned. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or operations, preferably in a healthcare or similar regulated environment. Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Prior leadership or supervisory experience in facilities operations. Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM). Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional - Physical Environment (HACP-PE). Certified Health Care Constructor (CHC). Mechanic Evaluation and Certification for Health Care (MECH). Senior Mechanic Evaluation and Certification for Health Care (SRMECH). ACHC Physical Environment and Life Safety - Certified (PELs).
