Job summary

Bradford is seeking a Facilities Manager in West Warwick, RI to oversee the safe, reliable operation of the manufacturing facility. You will lead the in-house maintenance team and coordinate with outside contractors to meet regulatory, quality, and customer requirements.

This role requires strong technical and mechanical knowledge, hands-on leadership of a skilled maintenance workforce in a unionized environment, and the ability to balance day-to-day reliability with long-term capital planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or facilities management.
• 5–10 years facilities or maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supervising maintenance or facilities personnel.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience with CMMS or work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the maintenance team across shifts.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, work orders, and history records.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in maintenance activities.
• Manage budgets, capital projects, and energy management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality on improvements.
