Bradford Labs Inc. in West Warwick, Rhode Island seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the in‑house maintenance team and contractors, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost‑effective operation of the plant and all systems.

The role reports to the COO and EVP of Operations, balancing day‑to‑day reliability with long‑term capital planning, energy management, and facility improvements in a unionized environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or facilities management.
• 5–10 years facilities or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising maintenance or facilities personnel.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience leading employees in a unionized environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of building trades (electrical, plumbing, welding, steam distribution).
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the maintenance team across shifts.
• Administer the collective bargaining agreement with HR involvement.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and CMMS records.
• Improve equipment reliability via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Oversee spare parts, vendor relations, and budget adherence.
• Support new equipment installations and capital projects.
