Job summary

Bradford Labs Inc. is seeking a Production Mechanic Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Warwick, RI. The role directs setup, preventive maintenance, changeovers, and repairs of production equipment while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with GMP and OSHA guidelines.

The position collaborates with Operations, Quality, and HR to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance workflows, including work orders, inventory, and training of staff.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of vacuum, pneumatic, and cooling systems and components.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Mathematical skills for geometry, layout, conversions.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Production Mechanics; assign and review work.
• Coordinate performance management with Operations, Quality, and HR.
• Manage preventive maintenance program, work orders, and changeovers.
• Ensure safe equipment operation per OEM standards, GMP, and OSHA.
• Read blueprints and schematics; plan parts and layout improvements.
