Qualificações

• A proven leader with operational experience in manufacturing at scale and strong business acumen.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing, composites, aerospace, and/or defense tech is a plus.
• Prior experience with facility expansion and large-scale capital projects is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the launch of a new production facility for high-volume production and expansion of technical capabilities, ensuring continuity of production for current lines and launch of new business.
• Manage the P&L — develop budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics, giving regular updates on progress and critical path items; use metrics to drive improvements.
• Support the execution of commercial strategies, including engagement with government relations and business development resources.
