Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a proven leader to drive the expansion of a new production facility and capabilities in Rock Hill, SC. You will oversee high-volume operations, guide strategic development, and ensure smooth integration with existing product lines while scaling for future growth.

The ideal candidate has operational experience with manufacturing at scale, strong business acumen, a continuous improvement mentality, excellent coaching and motivational skills. Experience with advanced manufacturing, composites, aerospace, and/or defense technology are a plus. Prior experience with facility expansion and large scale capital projects is also preferred, as is experience working in a complex environment that includes front-end engineering customer designs and requirements for production.
