Ashley Furniture Industries is seeking a Plant Engineering Project Manager to lead construction, facility development, and capital improvement projects across operations. You will guide planning, design, and execution, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires coordination of architects, engineers, and contractors, with a focus on cost-effective, quality outcomes and continuous improvement in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management or related field preferred.
• 1-5 years of experience managing construction, facility development, capital projects, or plant engineering projects.
• Experience overseeing commercial, manufacturing, distribution center, or industrial construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion, including new construction, expansions, renovations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Develop drawings, specs, schedules, budgets, and execution plans for successful delivery.
• Coordinate activities to meet facility operational needs while maintaining cost-effective solutions.
• Track schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget results.
• Maintain daily project logs and documentation; review time-and-material projects for cost control.
