Qualifications

• 6+ years in field or manufacturing environments
• 6+ years in the specified engineering/leadership role
• Experience managing people and projects (may include education)

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant electrical, HVAC, and water systems
• Develop monitoring to evaluate facility maintenance health
• Coordinate preventative maintenance across in-house and external teams
• Lead technicians to complete engineering tasks and projects
• Support plant safety initiatives and culture improvements
• Drive cost-saving projects aligned with company strategies
