Job summary

Conmet is seeking an Engineering & Maintenance Superintendent to guide the facility's Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering, maintenance, or related experience.
• Experience leading maintenance, engineering, and capital projects in heavy manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, Controls, and technical personnel.
• Set goals, staffing, training, and succession plans.
