You will lead a team of engineers and maintenance managers to ensure smooth operations, optimize productivity, and maintain facility infrastructure and equipment.

You will develop and execute plans for current and future plant needs, advance preventive maintenance, manage spare parts inventories, and maintain work-order systems.
