• Manage Engineering and Maintenance departments for workflow improvement.
• Interact with internal and external departments in a timely manner.
• Monitor and assess maintenance work quality.
• Maintain records and correspondence regarding equipment.
• Work with contractors to develop manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure equipment safety compliance.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
