Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering leadership in manufacturing.

• Food manufacturing/bakery/CPG experience preferred.
• Proven capital projects management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant engineering functions including design, automation, and maintenance.
• Develop engineering strategies aligned with growth, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Provide leadership and development for technical personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the facility.
