Qualifications

• 5+ years in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership at the plant level.
• Supervise and coach direct reports.
• Complete performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Manage capital projects for the plant.
• Recommend equipment and processing modifications.
• Remain up to date on plant technology.
• Develop, implement and control budgets.
• Create and maintain engineering records and drawings.
• Establish and administer predictive/preventative maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance and engineering staff.
• Lead with plant, division and company goals.
• Work with outside organizations such as OSHA, EPA, FDA.
