Job summary

PTC seeks a skilled maintenance technician to inspect, repair and install mechanical equipment and pipelines across the plant. You will read drawings, plan procedures and select parts, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing, a High School diploma or GED, and a Millwright trade certificate or equivalent. Training available for journeyman development. Focus on safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Trade school certificate for Millwright course or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and engage with other crafts as needed.
• Inspect, repair, replace, weld, install and maintain mechanical equipment and piping.
• Dismantle, clean, repair, replace or install piping systems and fittings.
• Set up and adjust equipment; perform simple rigging and scaffolding as required.
• Adhere to safety regulations and quality management systems.
