Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Plant Engineer to lead the maintenance and engineering department in a fast-paced plant. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, and advanced maintenance systems to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.

The role centers on delivering high-performance manufacturing with safe, efficient operations and leading innovative technology projects in a state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• 2+ years of team management or project leadership.
• Advanced mechanical/electrical skills (PLCs, instrumentation).
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems and TPM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own capital projects from concept to completion, managing scope, budget and schedule.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems including preventive/predictive maintenance and TPM.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team, assign tasks, enforce policies.
• Provide short-term fixes and long-term solutions for daily operations and failures.
• Track KPIs for equipment reliability, throughput, and safety to drive improvement.
