Job summary

Fresh Mark, based in Northeast Ohio, is seeking a Plant Engineer for our Massillon facility. You will lead hands-on project management from concept to closure, schedule work to maximize completed tasks with minimal downtime, and drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and cost control.

Responsibilities include developing annual capital plans with Operations, selecting equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with safety, quality, and maintenance teams to deliver projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline.
• Hands-on project management experience delivering scope on time and on budget.
• Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, yield, and downtime.
• Proficiency in 2D Autocad and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of ISO 9000 design requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to develop annual capital plans.
• Lead projects from strategy to execution, meeting scope, costs, and schedules.
• Minimize plant downtime while delivering projects on time and on budget.
• Assist in selecting and validating new equipment for regulatory compliance.
• Analyze equipment and processes to identify efficiency improvements.
• Lead weekly project update meetings with the team.
