The role requires a BS in engineering and hands‑on project management experience, preferably in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical environments, with strong leadership and analytical skills to drive efficiency and cost reductions.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to develop annual capital plans.
Lead projects from action plans through execution within scope, cost, and schedule.
Minimize downtime and deliver projects on time and on budget with no safety issues.
Assist in equipment selection to align with regulatory and operational needs.
Analyze equipment, systems, and processes to boost efficiency and quality.
Assess vendors' competence, capabilities, and financial status.
Coordinate with safety, operations, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues.
