Job summary

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. in Massillon, OH is seeking a Plant Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering efforts across the manufacturing process, from raw material to finished product.

You will supervise plant electricians, manage projects, and ensure safe, efficient operation, with responsibility for motor controls, PLCs, and power distribution up to 4160V. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with motor controls, VFDs, and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees electrical systems design, testing, and modification in a manufacturing plant.
• Supervises plant electricians and coordinates construction, modifications, and equipment installation.
• Plans and records periodic testing; recommends equipment modifications.
• Ensures safe, efficient operations and coaching of staff.
