Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent years of work experience.
• Engineering field of study is preferred.
• 0–2 years of construction materials processing experience is typical for this role.

Responsibilities

• Determine and calculate production quantities and communicate to management to understand cost to produce.
• Prepare, implement and test SWPPPs and hazardous materials plans with Environmental Department for regulatory compliance.
• Conduct operational improvement studies and recommend process modifications for efficiency.
• Conduct and/or participate in safety audits and meetings to ensure a safe working environment.
• Prepare and prioritize maintenance and repairs of material processing equipment and manage spare parts inventories.
• Perform semi-annual inventory reconciliations for accuracy.
• Support plant manager, foreman and superintendents to ensure operation success.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
