Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a healthcare facilities technician in Joliet, IL to maintain logs and ensure safe operation of hospital equipment. Responsibilities include repairing mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant systems, and medical gas networks, with valid trade licensure preferred.

The role requires high school diploma and ability to troubleshoot from schematics or blueprints; a state driver's license is required. This is a full-time night-shift position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade that is relative to healthcare engineering (Steam boiler, HVAC, etc)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Certified and/or licensed in a specific trade that is directly related to healthcare engineering.

Thursday 9pm to 5am

Friday 9pm to 5am

Sunday 11 am to 11pm

Monday 11 am to 11 pm

Qualifications

• Five (5) years experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred
