Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a Plant Engineer for their Irvine, PA facility. In this role, you will utilize your engineering expertise to lead equipment development and project management, ensuring optimal performance and budget adherence.

Your responsibilities will include continuous improvement of plant systems, vendor coordination, and supporting maintenance teams. A Bachelor’s in Engineering is preferred, along with substantial industry experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel or heavy industry.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in engineering.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, installation, and modification of equipment.
• Manage projects from concept to completion.
• Identify and manage continuous improvement opportunities.
• Prepare specifications for bids and assist with vendor negotiations.
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure timely project execution.
• Research, design, and maintain electrical systems.
