Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of technical experience in project management, process engineering, systems engineering, or similar within manufacturing.
Strong mechanical skill set with analytical ability and proficiency in Excel and engineering software.
Experience with maintenance systems and controls.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Site Technical Leadership: primary technical resource for equipment and process inquiries.
Analyze mechanical and process issues to recommend solutions.
Develop technical skills within maintenance and operations teams.
Oversee onboarding, staffing, and performance feedback for the Maintenance Lead.
Collaborate with European facilities to share and implement best practices.
Lead Daily 48-Hour and Weekly Operations Team meetings.
Act as SME for technical aspects of Complaint Handling.
Manage IT equipment and coordinate system support.
Capital Project Management: lifecycle from scope to startup.
