Job summary

Buzzi Unicem USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance across our cement operations in the United States.

You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, oversee electrical reliability, and coordinate with production and engineering teams to maximize equipment availability and safety. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 7–10 years of electrical maintenance in cement, mining, or heavy manufacturing, with supervisory experience.
• Proven experience leading preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
• Experience managing electrical capital projects, budgets, contractors, and outage activities.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/MSHA, lockout/tagout, NFPA 70E, and industrial safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all plant maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, fostering a strong safety culture.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and ensure effective team coordination and performance.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and reliability departments for maintenance projects and shutdowns.
• Ensure timely execution and quality completion of work orders, maintenance schedules, and major overhauls.
• Manage maintenance budgets, cost control initiatives, and capital improvement planning.
• Enforce company safety, environmental, and quality standards within maintenance operations.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS and ensure data integrity.
• Promote workforce development through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
