• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to identify problems that arise and implement corrective measures.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Maintenance Manager.
• Responsible for reducing maintenance costs.
• Improving equipment reliability through a predictive maintenance program.
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising corrective maintenance projects.
• Planning shutdown repairs and completing capital projects.

• improving equipment reliability through the implementation of a predictive maintenance program
