Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking an EHS Manager to provide environmental, health and safety leadership across multiple sites. You will develop and sustain a hazard-free work environment, deliver required training and field support to ensure compliance with EHS requirements, and oversee incident investigations for CTSC locations.

Responsibilities include implementing EHS protocols, liaison with corporate EHS, ensuring proper permits, emissions testing, and developing spill prevention

Qualifications

• Must have led EHS programs in manufacturing or multi-location environments.
• Experience measuring EHS plan efficacy and adjusting tactics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS protocols to eliminate at-risk behavior and ensure compliance.
• Oversee incident investigations: notification, preliminary investigation, documentation and reporting.
• Act as liaison to corporate EHS with ongoing communication and reporting.
• Ensure centers are properly permitted for environmental laws, tire storage/disposal, and chemical use; oversee emissions testing.
• Establish hazardous spill prevention/response plans and waste disposal practices.
