Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist for our WI Manawa facility. The role focuses on creating a safe, compliant work environment by implementing EHS programs and investigating incidents.

You will partner with leadership to meet zero-incident targets and ensure accurate reporting across regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate has a related Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 1+ years of EHS experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs and procedures to address EHS and security issues and ensure compliance.
• Maintain incident investigation methodology and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on OSHA/EPA policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support site leadership and employees in achieving zero health and safety incidents.
• Ensure timely submission of site regulatory and internal reporting; monitor EHS metrics.
