Job summary

IFF in Kansas City, KS seeks an on-site EHS Manager to lead safety, health and environment at the plant level, aligning with corporate EH&S objectives. The role requires on-site work with limited travel and occasional discretion for remote work as determined by management.

The position focuses on driving EH&S work processes, developing environmental strategies, coordinating audits, and coaching the EH&S team to continuously improve safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to collect & analyze data, identify solutions, assess risk factors, and make sound decisions.
• Working knowledge of SHE and PSM systems.
• Experience in creating and implementing safety and environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads EH&S Work Processes and initiatives to meet site and business performance goals.
• Develops environmental and regulatory strategies and improvement plans.
• Coordinates audits and leads investigation of severe incidents.
• Leads EH&S team and coaches site personnel on safety and compliance.
