Qualifications

• Strong experience and knowledge of safety and environment processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership, training, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience and/or familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and plant specific software systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for plant safety and environmental compliance.
• Maintain EHS recordkeeping and manage compliance documentation.
• Lead the development and revision of safety training programs.
• Track and analyze EHS performance and manage security programs.
