As a Plant Director within Honeywell Building Automation, you will lead one of the organization’s largest and most strategic manufacturing operations. Based in Northford, Connecticut, you will have overall responsibility for a flagship site that manufactures and distributes critical fire, life safety, and building management solutions serving customers around the world.
This role requires an exceptional operational leader capable of driving world-class manufacturing performance while leading large-scale transformation initiatives across operations, quality, supply chain, safety, and continuous improvement. You will lead a sizable team through multiple levels of leadership and partner across functions to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
The successful candidate will combine strong manufacturing leadership experience with a passion for people development, culture transformation, and driving measurable business results in a complex, high-volume production environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $179,000-225,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is eligible for Honeywell's Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) program and includes a relocation assistance package for qualified candidates.
