Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Supplier Development Engineering Manager to lead supplier development initiatives across our building automation portfolio. You will drive quality, reliability, and cost performance by partnering with suppliers and internal teams while guiding continuous improvement and new product introductions.

Qualifications

7+ years in supplier development or quality engineering with 3+ years in leadership.
Strong knowledge of supplier quality management systems and audits.
Experience with root-cause analysis, FMEA, APQP/PPAP, and CI.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier development to improve quality, delivery, and cost.
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions via supplier qualification.
