Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Quality & Operational Excellence Engineering Manager to drive quality, delivery, productivity, and cost improvements across six PT-Sundyne sites. You will be a credible Lean and Six Sigma practitioner, building capability and leading cross-site problem solving on a global manufacturing network.

This role reports to the VP ISC Technical and offers a hybrid schedule with options in Charlotte, NC, Arvada, CO, or Dijon, France.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Operations, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in manufacturing, operations, quality, or related field.
• Hands-on Lean, Six Sigma and problem solving to improve performance.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to travel to PT-Sundyne locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PT-Sundyne steward for the Quality Management System across six sites.
• Collaborate with site leaders to assess system effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Develop site-based quality professionals and build a global practice community.
• Partner with Operations to improve quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Lead cross-site problem solving using Lean, Six Sigma and RCA.
• Establish performance rhythms and transparent measures for risk and action.
• Connect Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve systemic issues.
• Promote a culture where quality is owned by all functions and continuous improvement is pervasive.
• Support audit readiness and ensure corrective actions address root causes.
