Apogee Enterprises Inc seeks a senior operations leader to guide Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Scheduling, and Quality teams in a 24/5 environment. You will implement production systems for safety, consistency, and efficiency while coordinating across departments to meet customer expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, continuous improvement experience, and the ability to optimize schedules and resources in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Proven track record in driving productivity and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Scheduling, and Quality teams to meet customer expectations.
• Manage and coordinate functions to meet 24/5 operations goals and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Develop and maintain production schedules and optimize resource utilization.
• Drive Six Sigma/Lean initiatives and process improvements across departments.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication between Sales, Materials, Shipping, R&D and other groups.
