Job summary

Pratt Internal Career Site is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our large corrugated manufacturing facility in Georgia. You will drive operational excellence, apply state-of-the-art packaging machinery, and build a high-performance production team focused on safety and efficiency.

You’ll own end-to-end operations, manage budgets and costs, and partner with Sales, Customer Service, and HR to align capacity with demand while maintaining quality and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Corrugated manufacturing experience required.
• Proven leadership in a direct plant management or senior supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of corrugated equipment, maintenance, and workflow optimization.
• Adept at reading financial and operational metrics and using data to drive cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Drive Next-Gen Manufacturing: champion integration and output of advanced corrugated machinery.
• Lead Operations End-to-End across safety, production, distribution, maintenance, and warehousing.
• Master the Numbers: analyze financial performance, build budgets, manage costs, uncover savings.
• Build & Inspire Top Talent: mentor supervisors, manage performance, foster accountability and learning.
• Deliver Uncompromised Quality & Safety: enforce OSHA and environmental compliance while maintaining product quality.
