Georgia-Pacific’s Corrugated business is seeking a Director of Operations to lead our Albany box plant, overseeing 140 employees and a strong leadership team, while shaping the future of plant performance and culture.

As Director of Operations, you will drive safety, operational excellence, and reliability, collaborating with commercial, customer service, and corporate capability teams to deliver results that move the business forward. A lead role reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on leadership experience in corrugated or paper converting manufacturing.
• Directed teams in a high-volume, safety-driven operation with safety and output goals.
• Proven ability to drive improvements in performance, cost, and reliability.
• Communicated strategic goals across departments to align priorities.
