The role requires at least 10 years in corrugated manufacturing and 5+ years in plant leadership, with a strong focus on cost control, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10 years of corrugated manufacturing experience required.
• 5+ years in a direct plant management or senior supervisory role.
• Strong working knowledge of modern corrugated equipment and maintenance.
• Ability to read financial/operational metrics and drive cost-saving decisions.
• Excellent leadership, training, and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the integration and optimal output of advanced corrugated machinery.
• Direct all daily plant functions across safety, production, distribution, maintenance and warehousing.
• Analyze plant financial performance and manage annual budgets and costs.
• Mentor supervisors and build a culture of accountability and learning.
• Ensure OSHA/safety, environmental and company compliance while maintaining quality.
