Job summary

Nexus Search is seeking a Plant Director for a growing beverage manufacturer in Wisconsin. You will own the entire site, from safety and quality to cost, productivity, and people, in a role that sits at a critical inflection point for the business.

Reporting to the US Managing Director, you will build and lead the site leadership team, set the manufacturing strategy, and embed disciplined operating routines to turn investments into sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Significant plant leadership experience in beverage, brewing, food, or process manufacturing.
• Proven track record deploying TPM with measurable impact on OEE, downtime, waste, and quality.
• Experience leading cultural and operational transformation to drive discipline and structure.

Responsibilities

• Own full plant performance across safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and people.
• Drive equipment reliability, TPM maturity, and waste reduction across formats.
• Develop a high performing, accountable site leadership team and clear KPIs.
• Lead the transition to a best-in-class manufacturing operation.
