Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Plant Operations Director to ensure facilities, equipment, and utilities are maintained in good working order. You will oversee grounds maintenance and lead a team to uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a high school diploma or GED, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage and retirement plans. Work is Monday–Friday with on-call rotation.

• Experience supervising staff in a healthcare facility context.
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained according to facility policies and state and federal regulations.
• Lead a team to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness across the plant.
• Monday–Friday with on‑call rotation.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and facility physical plant upkeep.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience required.
