Job summary

Signature HealthCARE Westmoreland is seeking a Plant Operations staff member to maintain facility grounds, equipment, and utilities, ensuring safe, compliant operations. You will operate lawn care equipment (mower, trimmer, blower, pressure washer) and assist the Plant Operations Director to support day-to-day needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment.

Responsibilities

How you Will make a difference

Our Plant Operations Staff assists the Plant Operations Director by making a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to include: lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.

Day shift hours with the possibility of some on-call responsibility. Offering a flexible based upon projects requiring two pairs of hands and TELS surveys and monitoring.
