Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Plant Operations Staff member to help ensure our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and grounds are well maintained. You will support the Plant Operations Director and may be on-call for project needs, with day shift responsibilities.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to operate equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, edgers, pressure washers, and chainsaws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate equipment including lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Operations Director to keep facilities, equipment, and utilities in good working order.
• Maintain property grounds per facility policies and state and federal regulations.

How you Will make a difference

Our Plant Operations Staff assists the Plant Operations Director by making a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to include: lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.

Day shift hours with the possibility of some on-call responsibility. Offering a flexible based upon projects requiring two pairs of hands and TELS surveys and monitoring.
