Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Plant Operations staff member at our Indiana facility to help ensure buildings, equipment, and grounds are well-maintained and compliant with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include assisting the Plant Operations Director and ensuring a safe, efficient facility environment while supporting resident services and daily operations. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to include: lawn mower, weed eater, blower, edger, pressure washer, chainsaw, etc.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility grounds, equipment, and utilities to ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Assist Plant Operations Director in daily activities and ensure adherence to facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Our Plant Operations Staff assists the Plant Operations Director by making a difference in the lives of our stakeholders and residents by ensuring our facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working order and that property grounds are maintained in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
