Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a qualified Finance & Accounting professional to manage product costing, journal entries, and related monthly close processes. The role includes cost reporting, KPI preparation, and assisting with audits and tax filings at the Yazoo City facility.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, supervisory exposure, and CPA preferred. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Five to seven years of accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• CPA preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial Close Process including Product Costing review and journal prep for all turnaround costs.
• Entry and reconciliation of production and transfer tons.
• Distributions and assessment processing.
• Processing of product costing.
• Cost analysis and reporting, including KPI and variance analysis.
• Assist with internal and external audits and budget/forecast processes.
• Ensure internal controls are followed and develop corrective actions as needed.
