Motion Recruitment's client, an electrical manufacturer, seeks a Plant Cost & Financial Analyst for Fairfield, OH. This hybrid role requires four days on-site per week.

You will support the Plant Controller with manufacturing finance reporting, including weekly and intra-week WIP, inventory transactions, PPV, and the plant P&L; prepare Analysis of Changes and translate data into cost-driver explanations for leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years cost accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Experience with Excel and PowerBI; Oracle ERP is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own weekly and intra-week reports for WIP, inventory transactions, material usage variance, PPV, and the plant P&L.
• Prepare Analysis of Changes.
• Turn transactional data into explanations of cost drivers and flags for leadership.
